These Terms govern purchases from the SKF SPEED online store. SKF SPEED is operated by 蓬江区钱先生照相馆, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our published policies.

Products and compatibility

Our products are vehicle-specific. You are responsible for checking the listed vehicle brand, model, model year and other compatibility information before ordering. Contact us if you are unsure. Product images may show installation examples and may not depict every vehicle variation.

Installation and use

Products are designed for DIY installation where stated, and technical support is available. You must follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate care. If you are not confident working with vehicle electrical systems, seek assistance from a suitably qualified installer. Products must be used lawfully and only on vehicles you own or are authorised to work on.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, import duties and shipping charges may be added as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; we may contact you to verify compatibility, payment or delivery details before accepting and dispatching the order.

Stock and pre-orders

We may accept pre-orders or orders for temporarily unavailable products. Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed. If we cannot fulfil an order within a reasonable period, we will contact you with available options.

Cancellations and changes

You may request cancellation or address changes before dispatch. Once dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment has started.

Warranty, returns and consumer rights

Our Warranty Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For Australian consumers, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, use on an incompatible vehicle, unlawful use, or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Website information

We aim to keep product, price and availability information accurate but may correct genuine errors. We may update these Terms and policies from time to time; the version published when an order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to our business in China, while mandatory consumer protections in the customer's jurisdiction continue to apply where required. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.
