Warranty Policy

12-month warranty

SKF SPEED provides a 12-month voluntary warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use. This warranty is additional to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Warranty remedy

For a valid warranty claim, we will provide a repair or replacement as appropriate after assessment. If repair or replacement is unavailable or another remedy is required by applicable law, we will provide the legally required remedy.

What is not covered

The voluntary warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible vehicle application, misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or repair, abnormal voltage, water ingress not attributable to a product defect, physical damage, abuse or failure to follow supplied instructions. These exclusions do not remove consumer rights where the product itself fails to meet a mandatory consumer guarantee.

DIY installation and technical support

Products may be installed by the customer where stated. Technical support is available by email and WhatsApp. If you are unsure about any installation step, stop and contact us before proceeding. Damage caused by an incorrect installation is not covered by the voluntary warranty.

Making a claim

Contact us with your order number, vehicle brand, model and model year, a description of the issue, and reasonable photos or video requested for assessment. Do not return the product until authorised. If a fault covered by this warranty or applicable consumer law is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping where required.

Australian consumers

For Australian consumers, this warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees can continue for a reasonable period depending on the product and are not automatically limited to the 12-month voluntary warranty period.
